It were around the 1950s.

My ancestry came in there best outfits, with an invitation from England, to come build up the land. Jobs galore! We all can strive! The tail in full belief, that it is gold that paved the streets. Unfortunately reality wasn’t as sweet. In some sense it could be seen as an invitation to a newly formed slavery, one in which you entered willingly, to better the economy. Sharing a room between 5 families, in postcodes made for societies people with so called undesirability. They worked for not many pennies, saving for that day they can go back home and eat plenty.
